Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to stop using my current email?
No. Your new address works alongside your existing email. You can receive mail at both addresses and choose which one to send from.
How does it work technically?
Your address comes with a full mailbox of its own, not just a forwarding rule. You get a real inbox under your custom address, with its own sign-in.
Can I check it from an app I already use, like Gmail or Outlook?
Yes. Add your new address as its own account in the Gmail app, Outlook, or any mail app, connected over IMAP so it sits next to your personal email. See our Gmail app or Outlook setup guides.
What happens if I cancel?
Your email stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, your mailbox stays open for 14 more days so you can export your mail, is suspended on day 14, and is permanently deleted on day 30. Your username is then held for 90 days before anyone can register it.
Is my email private and secure?
Your mailbox uses encryption in transit and includes spam/phishing protection. We do not read the contents of your email.
Can I set up 2-factor authentication?
That depends on which webmail app your mailbox uses. Sign in and check Settings for a security or two-factor option; not every webmail app offers one.
How do I change my password?
Go to the password reset page and enter the personal email address on your account. We will send you a link to set a new password.
Can I forward email to another address?
Sign in to your mailbox's webmail and look for a forwarding or filter option in Settings, or write to us and we can help you set it up.
